Hardness: 40-90 Deg Shore ‘A’ depending on Material and Application.

  • Started in Nov 2005 at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai as Universal Form India Pvt Ltd (UFI) – A (50:50) JV with Universal Forme Pty Ltd – Australia.
  • Since 2008, UFI was merged with Alfa Rubber
  • Manufacture of foam and felt components – Supplies to OEMs, Tier-I and Tier-II Vendors
  • We convert raw materials including
    • All kind of Foams – Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Polyvinyl Chloride with different thicknesses
    • Felt – Poly propylene and textile fiber mix blends
    • Adhesive tapes – Transfer and Tissue based pressure sensitive adhesives
